2. Service Description
2.1. Top To Tail Dog Groomers offers dog grooming services, including but not limited to washing, trimming, nail clipping, and other grooming services for dogs.

3.2. Respect appointment schedules and arrive on time.
3.3. Notify us of any changes or cancellations in advance as per our cancellation policy.

4. Payment Terms
4.1. You agree to pay for services rendered by Top To Tail Dog Groomers as specified in our pricing and billing terms.
4.2. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1. We understand that plans can change. Please notify us of appointment changes or cancellations at least 48hours in advance. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Matted Coats:
In cases where a dog's coat is severely matted, we reserve the right to take necessary action to address the matting. Severely matted fur not only affects a dog's appearance but can also cause discomfort and health issues. If your dog's coat is found to be significantly matted during the grooming appointment, we may take one of the following actions:
6.1. Mat Removal: If it is feasible and safe, we will attempt to gently and carefully remove the mats from the dog's coat. This may require additional time and effort, and an extra charge may apply for this service.
6.2 Clipping: In situations where mat removal is not safe or feasible, we may need to clip the matted areas of the dog's coat. We will prioritise the dog's comfort and safety in such cases. You will be informed and asked for your consent before we proceed with clipping.
6.3 Rescheduling: In extreme cases of severe matting that may require extensive time and effort to address, we may need to reschedule the grooming appointment. This ensures that we can provide the dog with proper care without causing unnecessary stress or discomfort.
Please be aware that our priority is the well-being of the dogs we groom. We will always seek to maintain the dog's comfort and safety during grooming, even when dealing with matting. If you have concerns about matting or have specific requests, please discuss them with us in advance to ensure the best possible outcome for your pet.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
7.1. Top To Tail Dog Groomers is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or other issues that may arise as a result of grooming, provided that the services were performed in accordance with industry standards.
7.2. We do not guarantee specific grooming outcomes and are not liable for pet reactions to grooming, including but not limited to stress or adverse reactions.
8. Termination
8.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in any behaviour that may harm our business or other clients.
9. Changes to Terms
8.1. We may update these Terms of Service periodically. You will be notified of any changes, and the latest version will be available on our website.
10. Governing Law
9.1. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
